- Boosthive is unable to deliver the purchased service to any reasons.
In such cases, the refund amount may be issued to the original payment method. If payment method non-refundable it can be refunded as store credit, at our discretion.
Partial Refunds
If a service has been partially completed and cannot be finished for valid reasons, Boosthive may offer a partial refund or proportional store credit based on the portion of the service already delivered.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions or suspension of access to services.
Refund Processing Time
We will process the refund within 5 business days from the date the refund request is confirmed.
Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear on your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution. In some cases, banks or payment providers may take additional time to finalize the transaction.
